Adult Sunday Education returns to St. John's for the fall!

Each Sunday from September 13-November 22 we will convene in the library after coffee hour, with the exception of October 11 due to the ministry fair after church. On September 20, November 1, and November 22 our topic will be a Christ-centered response to generational trauma. Members of our congregation will share stories of generational trauma which will be followed by a facilitated discussion of what was shared in light of some of the most relevant passages of Scripture. On October 25 Rev Melanie will offer us a class on the church's observance of All Hallows' Eve, All Saints' Day, and All Souls' Day. On all other Sundays we will simply have a guided discussion of the Scriptures and sermon for the day. The congregation and community are most warmly welcome and encouraged to participate!
