Spacious 2,960 sq. ft. Cram Hall with room for 337 people seated in rows, not counting the stage area, and will seat 157 people at tables and chairs.
$100 per hour ($80 per hour for non profits) Rates are all Hourly
On-site, fully equipped kitchen is available for renter’s use and perfect for event catering.

Stage for performances, ceremonies, or other uses such as DJ or band, complete with a modern sound system.
Baby grand piano is available for renter’s use.
Large projection screen with a projector, PA system, and mic are available for presentations or movies.
Cram Hall is wheelchair accessible/handicap ramp available and equipped with handicap-accessible bathrooms.
There is a 14-space parking lot adjacent to the hall with unrestricted on-street parking on 6th St. and C St., and time-limited parking on 5th Street.
Rental rates include chairs and tables (round and regular).
A deposit of $125 is due at the time of the reservation; it does not apply toward room reservation fees. The deposit will be returned or destroyed in it’s entirety within 4-6 weeks after the event so long as there is no property damage and/or additional cleaning required. For non profits a non profit number is required.
