Labyrinth Walk on Friday, May 15th, at 7pm

Please join us on Friday, May 15th, 7pm – 8pm, for a candlelit labyrinth walk with live music in Cram Hall.

Walking the labyrinth is an ancient spiritual practice that provides a container for contemplation and growth. Join us for a walking meditation practice as old as humanity. Modeled after the labyrinth at Chartres Cathedral in France, this version is designed for you to walk into the deeper layers of your heart. This is a non-denominational practice and ancestral tool throughout many cultures. The labyrinth walks are held in Cram Hall behind St. John's Episcopal Church in downtown Petaluma. Note that the door to the Hall faces C Street. All are welcome. The walks begin with opening words promptly at 7pm. No registration necessary; donations are welcome.
