Summer Concert: Classical Indian Music

Come and hear great music right in the heart of Petaluma.

This summer Saint John’s Episcopal Church at 5th and C invites you to a series of Sunday late afternoon concerts in the historic Sanctuary.

If you missed the first concert, the next is on July 20th at 5:30. Come and listen to a very special performance of Classical Indian Music. Violinist Lucia Thomas and Sitarist Peter Van Gelder will play Hindustani North Indian Ragas. They will be accompanied by Mark Gerhard on tabla and Rhonda Gerhard on tamboura. These award winning musicians are Bay Area favorites.

A third concert is in the planning stages for early fall. Check the website at Saint John’s Episcopal Church Petaluma for more details about upcoming events. We expect these local concerts to be popular so bring your friends and come early. Donations at the door.
